Ingredients

Each capsule contains: Maca (Lepidium meyenii) (Root) 500 mg.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Vegetable Capsule (hypromellose, water) and Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source).

Recommended Use

Adult Dosage (≥ 19 yr): Take 3 capsules 2 times daily. For use beyond 3 months consult a health care practitioner. Menopausal and postmenopausal women should consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 6 weeks.
